You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use Dicty.

Use Dicty for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.

You retain full ownership of the content you capture and the documents Dicty generates from it.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase covering the current major version line.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual and lifetime plans.

Dicty is provided "as is". Generated documentation is a drafting aid and should be reviewed before it is relied upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dicty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
